Potato Chip Cookies!
These cookies are amazing even though they sound extremely weird. The recipe is courtesy of my friend Phillip Boyer. He brought these lovelies into work one day and I have been obsessed with them ever since. 
1 Cup butter-flavored shortening3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)1 tbl baking soda2 cups crushed potato chips1 cup butterscotch chipsPreheat oven 375In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in potato chips and butterscotch chips.Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire rack.

2 cups crushed potato chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven 375
